SCG is the national organization dedicated to empowering professionals to enhance corporate governance through education, collaboration, and advocacy.Strategy: • Create the Society’s annual partnership plan.• Utilize data insights to refine and enhance Society’s offerings and identify new engagement opportunities for partners, including sponsors and exhibitors.New Partnership Development and Revenue Growth: • Identify and cultivate relationships with new partners, including sponsors and exhibitors, and achieve revenue targets for in-person conferences, virtual programs, chapter programs, content, and other offerings. • Draft and respond to RFPs, develop and execute partnership agreements. • Develop in-depth knowledge of partners’ offerings and how they align with Society members’ needs to make relevant recommendations.Retention, Engagement and Activation: • Develop and implement retention strategies to build relationships and strengthen long-term partnerships. • Conduct regular strategy meetings with partners to discuss objectives and maximize ROI. • Serve as primary relationship manager for partners, including sponsors and exhibitors. Support renewals and identify additional opportunities, and provide on-going fulfillment reports to all partners.Partnership Fulfillment: • Manage invoicing and asset collection. Communicate information to internal team to facilitate related updates for marketing, and other partnership and sponsorship deliverables.Exhibition Sales and Fulfillment: • Manage and execute all other aspects of exhibition-related activities conferences, including exhibitor prioritization and outreach, contracts, booth layout and assignments, logistics, and on-site management.Tracking and Reporting: • Manage and maintain reports and dashboards that track status of partnership inventory, confirmed and potential revenue against plan, and partnership relationships, and present to leadership.
