ABOUT JESSICA CARDOZA
My 20-year career in finance has been an incredible journey of growth and transformation. Starting as a bank teller, I climbed the ranks to management within large banking institutions, gaining a deep understanding of the industry from the ground up. In 2020, I embraced a new challenge at a credit union, where I\'ve since held diverse roles as a branch manager, a business relations manager, and currently, a brand engagement specialist in marketing. This diverse experience has equipped me with a holistic perspective on financial services and client needs.I believe in the power of community and connection. For the past two years, I\'ve had the honor of co-chairing the Meridian Chamber\'s Women in Leadership committee, where I help create spaces for professional women to network, mentor, and grow. Giving back is also a huge part of who I am; I\'m a dedicated ambassador for both the Veteran Entrepreneur Alliance (VEA) and the Children\'s Museum of Idaho. Since 2019, I\'ve also proudly served as a supervisor and advocate for Boise Bully Breed Rescue, championing these incredible dogs.Outside of work, you\'ll find me prioritizing wellness at the gym or exploring Idaho\'s beautiful trails with my family. I\'m an avid traveler, and yes, my home is a happy, pet-hair-covered haven thanks to my three cats and three dogs!
