In this role, I support the end-to-end forecast process for U.S. Home insurance written premium, bringing together product, actuarial, and finance partners to deliver accurate and timely results. I coordinate the full cycle — from gathering inputs and aligning assumptions to facilitating forecast huddles and ensuring leadership has clear, actionable insights.Much of my work centers around making the process easier and more transparent for everyone involved. I’ve standardized templates and documentation to cut down on rework, introduced centralized tools for better collaboration, and helped teams feel more confident in the numbers they rely on.Beyond forecasting, I’ve also partnered with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements that improve how we work — from updating Anaplan dashboards and adding Topline metrics, to managing the build and rollout of a customized Power BI portfolio dashboard. Each project has been about the same goal: connecting the right people, clarifying what success looks like, and creating solutions that stick.
