   Currently directly support an executive leader whose span of control is about 1800 employees in the infrastructure and energy space. In this role, I work closely with the senior leadership team to design and implement an HR strategy commensurate with the business model, while applying HR services to the operational needs and priorities. I also advise management on talent acquisition and management, leadership development, and organizational design. • Have served as the HR Business Manager in various capacities within the Engineering (now Infrastructure, Environment & Security) organization, supporting the various operations either directly or through subordinate reports. • Partnered with various levels of management to make decisions regarding compensation, performance, employee development and strategic planning and decision making. I worked closely with the various solution centers, especially Workplace Relations and Compensation, serving as the liaison with management to work towards solutions that were mutually beneficial.
