I have 13 years of onboarding, credentialing and compliance experience in the healthcare staffing industry. I began my journey with Aureus Medical as a compliance specialist. I later took a leap of faith and spent nearly 8 years with Prime Time Healthcare as the compliance Manager. While there I was the first recipient of the Leadership award given to a manager who possesses great leadership skills while maintaining positivity and integrity. At Prime Time Healthcare I built the compliance department from the ground up. Gaining extensive knowledge of the healthcare staffing industry, Joint Commission and strategizing the most efficient and effective ways to run a credentialing department. The skills I built while growing within a start up company landed me at Marvel Medical staffing as the Director of compliance. I thrive on leading a team of compliance and credentialing specialists to optimize their processes and prioritize their work flow. I have a passion in coaching, based on the need for a personal mindset to emanate positive energy and healthy collaboration with the sales team. I have strong visionary and strategic thinking skills that gift me with the ability to observe a larger perspective of the operations within healthcare staffing and how to build a high level functioning team within the company.
