Who am I? An instructional designer specializing in eLearning and Learning and Development. I am versed in a multitude of learning theories and enjoy the entire design process from beginning to end, including a thorough needs analysis, consulting with subject matter experts (SMEs), creating an outline, storyboarding, scriptwriting, creating graphics, editing voiceovers, creating job aids, and conducting training assessments.
