Act as key account representative for the city’s industrial utility customers, ensuring reliable service and customer satisfaction-Develops and implements the department\'s communication activities, such as communicating internally within the department and with other city departments-Plan and implement targeted marketing initiatives to promote electric and natural gas services to commercial and industrial customers-Manage the city’s natural gas incentive program, encouraging usage amongeligible customers-Oversee award submissions for utility industry accolades including the Public Power Awards of Excellence, RP3, and Smart Energy Provider recognitions-Serves as the current Chair for the Energy Resources Department\'s Safety Committee-Serve as Chair of the Tree Advisory Board, a city council-appointed board focused on urban forestry, sustainability, and their impact on utility operations-Collaborate with Parks and Recreation to prepare and submit the Tree City USA and Tree Line USA applications, successfully securing the Tree City USA designation and supporting the city’s urban forestry initiatives.
