I\'m the quintessential people person. If there is a crowd of people around, I\'m bound to be right in the middle of it. Knowing how to work with people is a critical skill in becoming a successful Human Resources professional.I realized it was important to understand peoples\' needs, wants, and desires, but also understand how to positively influence them. This first lead me to pursue a career in sales. Sales is a career where flexibility is often essential. I learned early on that you must be willing to meet people where they are.My desire to fulfill the needs of people led me into the Human Resources field. Through my experiences, I\'ve learned that you must be willing to serve. But to be successful, you first must be able to understand the needs of people. Because I encounter people in varying moods, I must often help them create harmony through a work/life balance.Working well with people is only half of the equation. Wearing multiple hats is also an essential skill in an administrative role. This is where I\'ve become well-rounded, by also learning how to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.Specialties: Human Resources Administration, Integrity, Confidentiality, Communication, Interpersonal skills, Marketing Consultant, Advertising, Flexibility and multi-tasking.
