ABOUT JESSICA BAUM

Ms Baum has an undergraduate degree from Fordham University. She holds a Master\'s degree in Mental Health Counseling from South University. Jessica is the author of two books, Anxiously Attached: Becoming More Secure in Life and Love and Safe: An Attachment Informed Guide to Building Secure Relationships and SAFE: An Attachment Informed Guide to Building Secure Relationships both are by are Peguin Random House publications. She specializes in chemical abuse and dependency, co-dependency, couples and relationship issues, family of origin issues, and personality disorders. Jessica has extensive training in psychodrama and experiential therapy. Jessica is a certified Imago therapist and works with individual, couples and families. Jessica has spent extra years studying couples Couseling and and helps many in their relationships as well as going through transitions regarding their relationships. Jessica uses the Imago approach to work with treatment centers as she helps families. Jessica believes strongly in a systems approach helping the whole family. Jessica also has spent past the last three years studying Interpersonal Neurobiology INPB.She is also skilled in cognitive therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and EMDR. Jessica is a Certified Imago therapist and uses this style of therapy to treat couples and family systems. She is SMART certified as well.
