ABOUT JESSICA BALE
I first started working for Industria in 2004, working successfully as a recruitment consultant in branch and on-site as well as within the payroll department. In 2010 I decided to embark on a completely new career and trained to be a midwife. After working as a midwife for 2 years under huge stress within our stretched NHS, I decided it was time to move on. My heart always has been and is still very much with my Industria \'family\' and my passion for recruitment is still very much alight! The team at Industria have excelled and the level of service they provide to the clients and candidates is one of a kind and I am delighted to be once again working for such a prestige recruitment agency. I feel that along with my previous skills in recruitment and the new skills I gained throughout my midwifery career, I am ready to push myself and the company further forward through what can be extremely fast paced and challenging times! I\'m very excited about my future career back with Industria and I am fully embracing my new role.
