ABOUT JESSICA BACHMAN

With over 15 years of work experience in nutrition, dietetics, and education, I am the Director of Operations at Stronger U Nutrition, a company that provides personalized nutrition coaching and education to clients around the world. In this role, I oversee the daily operations of the company, including the management of coaches and member experience, the development and implementation of policies and procedures, and the evaluation and improvement of service quality and outcomes. I also leverage my expertise in nutrition, dietetics, and communication to lead the nutrition education and coach coordination team, where I design and deliver evidence-based curricula and training programs, mentor and support coaches and members, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. Previously, I was an Assistant Professor at the University of Scranton, where I taught courses in nutrition, exercise science, and research methods, and conducted research on nutrition and women\'s health. I am passionate about empowering people to achieve their health and wellness goals through nutrition, education, and coaching, and I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the field. I have a PhD, an MPH, and an MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a BS in Nutrition Sciences from Penn State University.
