ABOUT JESSICA BACHANSINGH

I’m a supply chain professional and MBA graduate from IESE Business School’s Class of 2024 with a background in strategic sourcing, procurement, and transformation across the aviation industry. After working in Strategic Sourcing roles at Frontier Airlines and Alaska Airlines, I now serve as Senior Manager of Transformation at Atlas Air, where I focus on driving change and creating value in the cargo space.At Atlas, I’ve spent the past year leading the enterprise travel transformation, transitioning to a new vendor and launching the Navigator Travel Program. The work has involved partnering with 50+ internal and external stakeholders, navigating change, managing vendors, and keeping complex initiatives moving forward. Along the way, I’ve continued to build skills in change management, communications, project oversight, and executive-facing work.I’m also active beyond my day-to-day role as a Connectivity Lead for the Atlas Women’s Network, helping organize initiatives like the On the Rise podcast, a Breast Cancer Awareness fundraiser that raised $20K across three offices, and the JFK Runway 5K. I’ve also helped launch WingMates, a cross-airline collaboration connecting women’s networks from Atlas Air, JetBlue, Lufthansa Group, and United.Outside of work, I’m an entrepreneur and nonprofit founder. I started Gifts for Confidence, a social enterprise that empowers girls in Hawassa, Ethiopia through sewing trade skills. We sell scarves made by the girls, with all proceeds reinvested back into the program to support continued participation and growth.
