   As the leader of Teaching Lab’s largest division, set the vision for our programmatic strategy and manage a team of over 80 full-time employees and hundreds of contractors to advance educational equity through curriculum-aligned professional learning and coaching in districts across the nation. Manage a yearly team budget of over $15 million, derived from both earned revenue and philanthropy. Serve as the primary liaison between the Innovation Studio and the Program function to share AI innovations, collaborate, and increase knowledge of what works to accelerate equitable teacher practices that lead to positive student learning outcomes.Collaborate with the Strategic Growth & Marketing and Strategy & Communications departments to cultivate new relationships with state, district, and school systems to build out a pipeline of new business and client opportunities, including relevant requests for proposals (RFPs).Oversee Teaching Lab’s content design process, ensuring the quality assurance processes are both efficient and rigorous and that team members consistently produce high-quality products.
