I am a seasoned professional with 17+ years of trust administration and estate settlement services experience. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for risk mitigation, as well as for client relations and team building, I have a verifiable history of contributing directly to company growth and success throughout my career. As such, I have consistently exceeded performance goals, and I am adept at achieving maximum revenue impacts with minimal resource expenditure. Professional focal points include fiduciary administration, financial advisement, service delivery models, continuous improvement, strategic planning, and process optimization. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication and prioritization skills, as well as problem solving, critical thinking, decision making, and best practices to support efficiency and maximum returns. Most recently, I was the National Managing Director of Estate Settlement Services with U.S. Bank. Under my leadership, I developed and implemented initiatives related to identifying and minimizing reputational risk, financial risk, and legal risk while preparing and presenting competitive advantage propositions for estate settlement services. I also spearheaded the launch of a national service model for clients with taxable accounts valued at or more than three million dollars. In addition, I liaised with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the company’s client support structure was driving the business forward with minimal expenditures.
