Hello! I\'m Jessica Archibeque, a Toy Designer originally from New Mexico with a background in Sculpture/Ceramics. I moved to Los Angeles to pursue my dream of designing toys that inspire and delight children and parents alike. As a creative and passionate designer, I thrive on bringing imaginative ideas to life and approach each project with a growth mindset. I excel at communicating effectively with others and possess a wide range of traditional and technical skills. My passion for teaching children has also inspired my designs, and helps me approach my work with a sense of humor and positivity.In addition to designing toys, I enjoy pursuing a range of hobbies, including teaching pottery, gardening, weightlifting, and kickboxing. These activities help me stay grounded, focused, and resilient, enabling me to bring my best self to work each day. I thrive under pressure and approach every challenge with enthusiasm and determination, always ready to learn, grow, and bounce back from setbacks with a positive attitude.As a toy designer, I also understand the importance of staying on top of current trends and predicting future ones. I enjoy the marketing side of design and am skilled at identifying trends based on the cultural temperature. However, I never lose sight of my ultimate goal, which is to make parents\' lives easier with my designs. I am adept at picking up on the needs of others, and enjoy helping people according to what works best for them. With a keen eye for design and a strong desire to create products that enhance the lives of children and their parents, I am confident that I can make a meaningful contribution to any design team.
