UXR Intern on the AI/ML Integrations and Experiences team- Conducted a Heuristic Evaluation of 7 core Workiva AI functionalities. Triangulated insights from analytics and competitive research, flagged high-priority items for engineering, helped shape Q4 priorities for maintaining competitive parity, and sparked momentum for a new pilot project on logging recommendations- Lead on Spreadsheets AI Integration Research plan and execution; developed research plan, conducted 14 discovery interviews, 9 concept tests, delivered findings to support expansion of AI Spreadsheet integration projects, and delivered high impact capabilities for engineering team to prioritize in future iterations of AI Spreadsheets- Presented data analysis on Workiva AI Adoption and Usage trends to 59 Workiva Customer Advisory Board stakeholders; used R for cleaning and visualization of data and highlighted ways to increase onboarding for future users- Dedicated notetaker on key research calls with customers; data has been used to bolster VP decision-making in Ops Review and to determine Workiva investments for solutioning in 2026-Developed materials for an internal PURE Evaluation; set up recruitment messaging, led outreach efforts, and developed template for scoring evaluations that will be used in future research efforts across Workiva
