Provide a comprehensive approach and means to assess, reengineer, develop, validate, and manage complex operational systems. These systems include human factors, processes, technology, and information spanning the delivery and documentation of patient care to the transmission and analysis of data used to measure both the safety and quality of care, as well as measures of operational efficiency. I drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and innovation within the Johns Hopkins Health System for the Critical Care Innovation team and Cancer Service Line.I also develop a deep technical understanding of the systems and component elements; monitor and assess the operation of the systems by conducting workflow analyses, optimizing processes, and developing data reports to analyze performance. Develop system design changes to improve reliability and efficiency. Along the way I work independently and in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to implement system improvements by managing projects, leading teams, and working with groups to facilitate the prioritization, efficiency, and evaluation of the work through the development and provision of technology tools and data reports.
