Following the UScellular + T-Mobile acquisition, I took on a temporary role to support the to support the integration of UScellular prepaid. My focus is on aligning pricing, promotions, and customer experience strategies to meet the needs of legacy UScellular customers and deliver on overall subscriber expectations. In addition to supporting the customer migration, I’m working closely with T-Mobile to develop acquisition offers for UScellular retail locations transitioning to T-Mobile.
