With over 25 years of experience in leadership development and change enablement, I am a Director of Impact Engineering & Program Management at ServiceNow, the leading digital workflow company that makes work better for people. I am a Prosci-certified change management professional and a strategic learning leader who designs and delivers impactful solutions for our product and technology teams.In my current role, I partner with technical leaders and stakeholders across various functions to support business priorities and outcomes through comprehensive change planning and enablement. I have built strategic partnerships across our Unified Technology Group, which includes Engineering, Customer Support, Cloud Services, Quality Engineering, and Machine Learning and AI Engineers, to create, deliver, and evolve a change strategy and roadmap that enables them to stay ahead of the curve in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation. I work closely with Data Analytics and Insights and Program Management functions to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improving our processes and performance.
