ABOUT JESSICA A. BARTELL
My career for almost eight years has been spent as a defense attorney representing major carriers in Florida. During that time I litigated automobile accident cases from start to finish including securing many favorable jury trial verdicts for my clients. My new focus is now representing people who have been injured in car accidents as well as representing homeowners with property damage claims. The whole process of dealing with insurance companies can be daunting for those injured and for homeowners. My experience working with these carriers for so long as a defense attorney gives me unique insight into the process that most Plaintiff attorneys do not have. It allows me to guide my clients every step of the way, from filing a claim to trial and ensure the best outcome for each of them.
