Served as a consultative leadership partner to provide strategic solutions, leadership coaching, and learning programs that help leaders increase their capabilities, emotional intelligence, and build effective, high performing teams at global companies including Fitbit, Meltwater, 2K, Aurora Solar, Novela Neurotechnologies, and CB Insights. Designed, developed, and delivered CliftonStrengths development programs for hundreds of leaders and teams. A majority of workshops were delivered virtually to teams working remotely during covid to present day.
