I work well with crews, but I don’t hesitate to step in, make decisions, and keep things moving when needed. My focus is always on getting the job done right and keeping it on track. I’ve worked both in the office and in the field, so I understand how things look on paper and how they actually play out when you\'re in the dirt. That lets me catch issues early, adjust quickly, and keep small problems from turning into bigger ones. I stay organized, keep a handle on multiple moving parts, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. I have a knack for bringing people together, setting clear expectations, keeping communication straight, and making sure everyone is working toward the same goal.
