ABOUT JESSI MARQUARDT
I went to college at the University of Central Missouri as a first generation college student with dreams of working in Public Relations. I moved to Arizona after graduation and worked at a PR firm and it was nothing I thought it would be. I needed to be up and about, moving, talking to people and having fun (not in a cubicle)! I put my resume online and a headhunter called me and told me about Enterprise. I had my doubts at first but did my research and went through the interview process and fell in love. In April of 2004 I got hired and realized I was surrounded by people just like me! After 1 1/2 years I was an Assistant Manager and after another year I was a Branch Manager. I loved being a leader of my team and branch and having fun with our customers. In 2010 I was promoted to be in Talent Acquisition and get the chance to tell others about this wonderful opportunity. I was able to hire talent for Boston Logan Airport and Downtown Boston and then in 2021 was promoted to Atlanta. I\'m excited to assist in helping to hire the next generation of future leaders of this company and helping others succeed in their careers!
