Enterprise project management for Services Implementations. I work regularly with our customers\' project leads to ensure expectations are clear and alignment of project goals and scope occur. Coaching and educating is enacted continually to ensure a smooth post implementation transition. I manage all components of the project to include the teams responsible for execution, the project\'s tools, communication planning, and I educate and mentor the team on how to execute their role within the project\'s contractual guidelines. I maintain full management of the RAID and hosting of meetings to include statuses internal and external, steerco, and ad hoc. As part of my role, I also mentor and coach teammates which brings about shared successes and improved processes.
