P.S.U.A.C Charged with the responsibility of upholding the Utah Administrative Code and Statutes concerning and relating to “unarmed combat” within the State of Utah: Martial Arts, Mixed Martial Arts and Boxing rules and regulations from weigh ins, medical examinations, registration with the PSUAC, activities within the event, corners, judges, timekeepers, referees, inspectors, and all applying to the PSUAC regulation.The Pete Suazo Utah Athletic Commission Chief Inspector is responsible for maintaining a line of communication with the Commission members who are direct appointees of the Governor, The Speaker of the House and Senate President, as to the viability of the Administrative Rule as it pertains to \"Unarmed Combat\" in the State of Utah. Working closely with the Governor\'s Office to ensure the Executive branch is informed of issues that may reach the media is a function that requires timely and accurate reporting by the Chief Inspector. Maintaining a good, bi-partisan working relationship with the House of Representatives and the Senate ensures that changes to the Administrative Rule can be completed in the best interest of the Commission.
