My background spans operations leadership, SaaS implementation, and complex project delivery.Across SaaS implementation, partner success, and agency environments, I’ve led cross-functional teams, improved workflows, and helped organizations bring structure and clarity to complex projects. I tend to gravitate toward the messy middle of things, where good processes, clear communication, and a little patience can make a big difference for both teams and customers.Earlier in my career I spent several years in retail leadership across a range of brands, including Apple and Fossil. That experience gave me a strong foundation in customer experience, team culture, and what it actually takes to run a business behind the scenes.It still shapes how I approach my work today. The best systems aren’t just efficient — they make things easier for the people using them.Last year I temporarily stepped away from work due to a health issue that is now fully resolved. The time away gave me the chance to reset and reflect on the kind of work and teams I care most about.
