Consultant Lead/Manager will be responsible for developing and advocating for our consultants. • Collaborate with counselees to establish individual priorities or goals over a quarter or year-long timeline • Check-ins every 2 to 4 weeks with counselees to gather feedback on their work experience at Incisive, review client project work, and progress toward non-client career goals • Conduct formal reviews every 3-6 months regarding client feedback and progress towards career goals • Ensure counselees are compliant with existing and newly implemented company policies • Attend quarterly Consultant Lead management meetings to review changes to company policies, benefit offerings, and provide feedback gathered from counselees • Attend annual Consultant Lead Retreat for an in-depth review of company policies, benefit offerings, and training and development programs • Attend all company all-hands calls, virtual and in-person events • Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations related to your counselees.
