About Jesse Stevenson
Jesse\'s expertise in litigation technology and visual communication design has been pivotal in some of the most influential cases ever to go to trial. His contributions have led to successful outcomes in trials stemming from the California energy crisis, the 1993 World Trade Center bombings, the Enron scandal, WorldCom, the “CIA leak” investigation, the Parmalat scandal, the September 11th World Trade Center attacks, the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, and the Lehman Brothers Bankruptcy. In addition to trial work in multiple state and federal venues across the United States and arbitration hearings domestic and abroad, Jesse has had the honor of leading Impact’s efforts in Original Action No. 141, Texas v. New Mexico & Colorado (a multi-billion-dollar dispute over water rights associated with the Rio Grande which are governed by a multi-state and a federal/international compact), on behalf of the state of Texas in a rare trial before the Supreme Court of the United States.Jesse\'s leadership has been evident in Impact’s involvement in more recent high-stakes cases as well. He led the Impact team in supporting Exxon’s successful defense against claims under the Martin Act by the former New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman. While Jesse is proud of his work in these matters, he is even prouder of his work in assembling and developing the talented individuals who have turned Impact into one of the country\'s most sought-after and recognizable trial consulting firms.
