ABOUT JESSE SOUKI

I am a land use attorney dedicated to supporting the responsible growth and development of Hawaii’s communities. With more than 20 years of experience in land use law, policy, and development, my practice focuses on guiding clients through the complexities of Hawaii’s legal and regulatory frameworks. I work with landowners, developers, and public entities to help them navigate challenging issues and achieve their goals while respecting the unique cultural and environmental characteristics of our islands.Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to serve in roles that allowed me to bring people together to find solutions that balance economic, environmental, and community needs.
