ABOUT JESSE MORAN

Jesse is a Partner with PwC based out of the Toronto office. As part of the Technology Strategy & Transformation team he advises clients how to develop technology-driven business strategies. He takes particular interest in applying innovative technologies and digital engagement approaches to solve complex business issues, optimizing operating models for efficient service delivery, and planning for large-scale industry disruption. The clients he advises operate in many diverse industries, both in the private and public sector, nationally and internationally. A few examples of his recent engagement experience include: • supported the launch of an entirely new provincial institution, including development of core departmental structures, tendering of strategic operational contracts, and onboarding of initial staff; • designed a shared services strategy to consolidate IT operations across multiple disparate agencies within Canada’s largest municipality; • established a future state operating model and transition plan for Canada’s largest IT shared service organization; • developed a long-term strategic roadmap for technology enablement and adoption at a major Canadian airport; • provided directional guidance and financial analysis for an acquisition by an international private equity firm; • developed a digital strategy to enhance multi-directional digital connections amongst citizens, business, employees and government for a large Canadian municipality; and • designed a retail strategy integrating digital and brick-and-mortar elements for a prominent sports and entertainment organization. Finally, Jesse was recently presented with the 2013 PwC National CEO award and a 2016 Spotlight award for outstanding client services, a testament to his hard work and dedication to quality.
