The scientific method is at the core of my product practice.Tracking assumptions and running clear experiments to test the riskiest assumptions is what drives the products I manage. Releasing iteratively and often and getting constant feedback from actual users ensures I am solving the right problems and building something that positively impacts users behavior. This along with ruthless prioritization allows for the highest value things with the least amount of risk to be built first.
