I do this by providing vision, clarity, alignment, direction, resources, and support—removing obstacles so our teams can thrive in their calling. I steward over 150 staff and 15 international boards, ensuring our shared mission is carried out with faithfulness and excellence across 14 countries.By God’s grace, I’ve led a multi-year organizational restructuring for greater sustainability and impact, currently building systems for curriculum, monitoring and evaluation, and staff development, and launched a five-year roadmap planning phase, focused on vocational training, family empowerment, and Gospel-centered transformation.I’m passionate about building Christ-centered, world-class teams and equipping local leaders to bring long-term hope to the children and communities we serve.
