I bring with me a diverse perspective born out of my unique background of working in education, consultative sales, training, technology, and leadership. I thrive in high-paced, fail-fast, learn-often environments where team members are collaboratively making a difference in each other’s lives and lives of customers. As a biology nerd who boldly made the transition to sales, business, and organizational development I understand that businesses are made up of ecosystems of living breathing entities who are the force behind all success that a business achieves. As a leader it is my mission to make work a safe place where people can feel free to do their best work. I do this by creating a positive, candid, open team environment where people can thrive.
