Program Management support to Commander, Navy Region Southwest with responsibility to successfully install new construction IT and low voltage electronic systems in the command\'s new 17 story headquarters building. • Coordinated efforts of government and private stakeholders to confirm system requirements, installation efforts, correct configurations, and training for 23 new IT/low voltage systems, including: secret and unclassified Navy Marine Corps Internet, whole-building wireless services, a Voice Over IP (VOIP) telephone system, PSNet, a cellular distributed antenna system (DAS), and the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS). • Drove all systems to on-time completion to support move in of over people across six distinct commands. • Led sections of capture work for three proposals worth over $20M each.• Provide consulting services and key Navy surface warfare expertise to advise clients on warfighting readiness, training, and performance issues and initiatives.• Evaluate issues, including: Personnel, Equipment, Supply, Training, and Ordnance (PESTO) readiness pillars and enterprise operations.• Oversee preparation of point papers, briefs, and talking points to military clients, with conceptually thinking at the strategic and operational levels. Present issues and information with clarity using polished communication expertise.
