Jesseka Doherty is the Vice President of Project Leasing for Mid-America Real Estate – Minnesota, LLC. Ms. Doherty joined Mid-America,(formerly Park Midwest Commercial Real Estate), in 2006 and focuses on landlord lease representation. Jesseka works with owners of small, mid-size and regional shopping centers across the Twin Cities metro area. Some of her existing clients include RREEF/Deutsche Asset Management, JP Morgan, Lincoln Property Company, PineTree Development, 601W Companies, CORE Acquisitions, and STRSO.Prior to joining Mid-America, Jesseka worked in investment sales and landlord and tenant representation for over four years with Upland Real Estate Group. While there she assisted in over $325 Million in investment sales across the country on single tenant retail net leased investment transactions, along with having worked on traditional retail leasing. In 2006, she accepted a position as a leasing specialist at Park Midwest Commercial Real Estate.Ms. Doherty earned a Bachelor of Science degree, specializing in Commercial Real Estate, from St. Cloud State University. She has been active in the St. Cloud State Real Estate Alumni Association for the past thirteen years, having been the 2009 president and recipient of the 2012 President’s Award. Jesseka is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). For the past fourteen years she has been a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) and is currently the 1st Vice President. Jesseka has held several board & co-chair positions and will be the President of MSCA in 2018. She is also currently a committee member for ICSC-Mpls Program Committee, MNCAR Data Committee, Diversity Collaborative Events Committee, and SCSU Real Estate Alumni Advisory Board. Ms. Doherty holds her salesperson license in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
