About Jesse J Jarvis

With my experience in the events and service industry, managing large-scale events and conferences nationwide, I bring a unique approach into my guidance as a movement facilitator in the Yoga industry. I provide articulate queueing, helping to make the physical practice of Yoga accessible, fun and practical for individuals who have limited experience. I’ve found a niche teaching in corporate and office environments while living in San Francisco, CA and have been able to continue this niche living in Boise ID. I love to make a Yoga practice accessible and something students look forward to doing again. I now find myself teaching clients virtually, which connects me nation and world-wide. I am grateful for the opportunity to bring Yoga into a conference environment, as well and enjoy providing conference attendee\'s with a meaningful break and awareness of the practice as we usually get a lot of first timers to Chair Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation or Eye Yoga. I personally enjoy bridging the gap between childhood and adulthood with Yoga and mindfulness techniques that children and adults alike can bring with them throughout their days at a desk and in sometimes, stressful environments. I strive to bring tools of awareness, of movement and of breath to our youngest and oldest generations, in hopes for them to live more peacefully and in the present moment, as much as possible.
