Serving as the executive-lead of Tectonic Engineering’s Rail Transit division, which provides various professional consulting services to rail owners in the NY/NJ/CT region and beyond. Services include program and project management, construction management, construction inspection, special inspection and material testing, civil / structural / geotechnical / environmental / telecommunications engineering, construction engineering, construction monitoring, and surveying. Responsible for supervising multiple management and engineering teams in the execution of assigned scopes of work for rail projects, providing technical and managerial guidance and mentoring to all Rail Transit division/involved staff within the company (including assigned subconsultants and partners), and serving as the firm’s rail subject-matter-expert in all business lines. Lead proposal manager for all Tectonic contract solicitations involving rail projects. Client relationship manager for all region rail owners and private-business partners. Serving as Principal-In-Charge, Program / Project Executive, Lead Rail Operations Specialist, Lead Rail Emergency Response Manager, and other project-related key-personnel roles, on several rail transit design & construction project teams for multiple local rail municipalities and agencies. Also responsible for rail-division business development and staff recruitment.
