My name is Jesse Grigg. I am a growing engineering leader, musician, and advocate for amazing customer experiences. As I continue my journey as a senior manager at NI, I enjoy seeing the amazing transformation that NI has made from a small technical support group to a full-featured customer experience organization that emphasizes listening to customers, growing industry-leading engineers, and scaling to meet the demands of the wide industries that we support (Transportation/Automotive, Aerospace/Defense and more) I am very passionate about finding ways to give back to my community with new projects/hobbies/skills. I believe that it is the small things we do at home and community that create positive change in the world. Some of my recent favorites are- Teaching music in my home - Helping friends and neighbors learn about their family history - Volunteering child care services - Serving in my church as the organist(someone who plays the organ)Some of my achievements- Organizing a global technical summit to encourage learning and development of over 180 engineers - Creating and launching a new onboarding experience for NI support engineers- Leading integration efforts for newly integrated support engineers from new business with a focus on safety, reduced cost, and high-efficiency in delivering engineering support- Assisting my spouse develop a successful preschool business- Performing and playing with the largest Men\'s collegiate choir in the United States - Being a Dad - it is a journey and the most rewarding thing I do
