   Continuing to design and implement a data driven, multi-faceted, talent strategy companywide including Engineering, IT, Product, and Customer Support.Partner with CTO, CFO and department leaders on headcount needs, project plans and yearly requests. Direct the recruitment of a fully remote internal recruiting team, RPO, and external agency partners.
