Built on AWS, this platform manages budget, cost optimization, job range management, recommendation calculations, projections, change management for yearly compensation changes at Amazon. Used by all managers and executives at Amazon, the service performs calculations for 61 countries in 45 currencies. Interactive financial statements are provided to corporate employees in 14 languages with the ability to future model their stock future interactively. Complies with Amazon security standards, GDPR and SOX.Design and develop responsible AI solutions that solve problems uniquely suited to AI. Engineered a new version of the calculations engine that powers Amazon compensation that allows agents insight into the policy that goes into calculations, access to the decision making that are performed for recommendations and the robust output calculations. This was built into an AI solution that gives insights to support teams, power users, executives into outcomes, reasoning, compliance and whatif scenarios.Built an automation platform for our partner science team that lets them publish automated calculation modules to a repository, creates docker images and executes them ad hoc via a UI that allows the users to define custom workflows.
