To date, I have built and sustained a competitive basketball program that has found on the court success while student-athletes experience growth and development that is beneficial in the classroom and beyond. Within the program, I install values such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and perseverance, essential to teams and players maximizing their potential. Team building starts with recruiting individuals with top-tier talent who are also leaders in the classroom and school community. I ensure that new and existing players come together to create bonds that can last a lifetime. I enhance the physical abilities and basketball knowledge of each athlete by suppling dedicated coaching. Along with player development, I put the team in the best position to win by leading preparation efforts, scouting opponents, creating line-ups, and designing strategies for optimal results. During games, I provide in-game coaching and adjustments, with strategies leading to more wins.Furthermore, team success is aided by the coaching staff I put in place. I also spearhead outreach efforts to garner greater team and athletic department support. I also audit players\' academic records and verify that all are in good standing and meet elevated team standards.• From 20••••17, the program recorded 19 total wins but the teams the following two seasons recorded at least 15 games, resulting in the program having the first back-to-back winning seasons in school history.• In 20••••19, the team reached the Sun Conference Championship Game, upsetting the conference\'s top team in the process.• In January of 2018, I was recognized with HoopDirt\'s \"Coach of the Week\" after leading the team to wins over two nationally-ranked opponents.• To date, coached three NAIA All-Americans, one NAIA National Player of the Week, six All-Conference Selections, one Conference All-Freshman Honoree, and four Conference Players of the Week.• Current record is 52-98.

Championship-winning Collegiate Men\'s Basketball Head Coach with a track record of building successful programs and developing student-athletes into well-rounded individuals For over 20 years, I have served as a collegiate and AAU basketball coach. While establishing and maintaining programs with winning traditions, I am dedicated to seeing young adults, who are student-athletes, gain a first-class education while learning and refining skills that will contribute to lifelong success. Currently, my record as a head coach is 171-162. In total, I have lead 10 teams to post-season appearances, with 3 teams making the NCAA Div II or NJCAA Final Four, 1 team being the NCAA Div II runner-up, and another team becoming champions of the NJCAA National Tournament. Players I have coached include NBA Champion Tony Allen, Hiram Fuller who played on numerous NBA teams, and many other stars and athletes that went on to play at high-profile NCAA schools and professionally at the international level.
