Lead launch kickoff meetings, aligning component timelines, priorities, and identifying \"at risk\" dependencies. • Manage packaging project timelines, trackers, & specs/dielines/artwork from dev. to production. Lead graphic file review/approval process, ensure final artwork meets standards, and is aligned w/product integrity, legal, and brand guidelines. • Act as P&A SME for packaging material/format use & identify improvement opportunities. • Engage packaging suppliers for design handoff, to obtain quotes, aligning key stakeholders for packaging procurement initiatives, pricing, lead time, and finalize concept drawings. Establish packaging BOMs, aligning w/ shipping method & region requirements.• Support regulatory dept. & gov. compliance initiatives; related to packaging materials and labeling to meet regional/legal standards (e.g, Prop 65, PFAS, waste taxation).• Training & Onboarding: Provide onboarding and training for new vendors & suppliers, for effective data integration into packaging systems.• Collaborate with packaging testing labs directing testing methods & costing to ensure receipt of damage & corrosion-free parts for method of transport. Maintain test records. Resolve damage & warranty complaints, related to packaging.• Create & reconcile annual budget for P&A Packaging Engineering cost center. Create and manage packaging PO Req\'s, POs, and invoice approvals in SAP. Track project costs/on-time payment/EOY accrual.• Develop SOPs & JWI\'s, identify gaps in data and processes; to improve standardization & workflow efficiency.
