WE GET STUFF DONE. SOME OF MY FAVORITE PROJECTS:1. Refinance and expansion funds on a regional sports complex. Loan allowed owners to upgrade their facility and get away from the \'big bank\' that wouldn\'t return their calls.2. Working line of credit for service company that was looking to expand nationally. Loan provided funds to help them find working partners in 4 new states.3. Equipment loan for medical company. Loan allowed company to purchase new machine that has been shown to greatly improve the lives of brain injury patients.4. Construction to perm funding for a new medical office building. SBA 504 loan which allowed the doctor to realize a life-long dream of owning his own commercial building.5. SBA 7(a) loan to fund the business acquisition of an existing architecture firm. Long time employee realized goal to finally purchase business.
