Reduced product costs by 75% from pilot to production stage through material, process and logistics costs reductions- Managed the development of data management systems for custom MES and data analysis platforms via in-house development and outsourced software engineering teams- Hands-on management and direct contribution to process development, process specifications, product DFMs, root cause and other data analysis and all efforts to scale-up and optimize battery production- Technical business development with product designers, manufacturers, and end customers- Recruit, manage and mentor technical teams.
