Providing direct representation, systemic legal advocacy, and community education to protect the education rights of underserved Pennsylvania students who have witnessed or experienced interpersonal violence. Advocating for trauma-informed school district policies and practices and representing students in special education matters, due process hearings, and other venues so that children impacted by interpersonal violence are afforded the opportunity to participate in public education to the same extent as their peers.
