Jesse Roth is Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Capital Markets Group, where he exclusively represents owners of urban high street retail & mixed-use properties in the $5M-50M range within the City of Toronto. His team prides itself on representing clients through the entire life cycle of ownership - from acquisition to disposition - with the objective of maximizing value of their real estate holdings. Jesse’s career in real estate spans more than 7 years. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2023 as VP to co-lead the Retail Team within the NCMG after being one of the top performers at Metropolitan Commercial Realty and the company’s youngest ever Vice President. Jesse is passionate about the development of real estate strategies, which are tailored to meet the business and operational requirements of each individual client working closely with them to uncover and add value. He prides himself on an in-depth knowledge of each and every market in which he works. He is an active member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, NAIOP, OREA and RECO. Jesse’s team has represented a variety of client types from private families, developers, private equity firms, public organizations, community associations, religious organizations to educational institutions.
