This experience grounded me in the importance of trust and personal connection.I then transitioned to public service, spending nine rewarding years as mayor, an honor that allowed me to directly impact my community. It was here that I discovered my passion for economic development, a field where I could create large-scale opportunities.As an economic developer, I’ve had the privilege of leading projects in the chemical, aviation, distribution, advanced manufacturing, steel, and timber industries. My work has been focused on driving significant capital investment, totaling hundreds of millions of dollars, and creating hundreds of jobs.I am a passionate believer in the entrepreneurial spirit and am committed to helping both businesses and individuals grow by building a higher-skilled workforce. I look forward to continuing to make a positive mark on communities by fostering economic growth and opportunity.
