About Jesse Pierce

As a former walk-on quarterback and National Champion football player at Northwest Missouri State, the value and meaning of hard work is not lost on me. Of all the lessons that I learned on the football field, accountability, integrity and being a good teammate are at the forefront of what makes me the person I am today. I\'ve always had a passion for people which is something that\'s helped me develop in my sales career thus far. I believe that its more important to build and maintain long lasting relationships with customers, rather than chasing the short dollar for a quarterly goal. Saying you are customer focused is one thing, being about it is something entirely different. You can distinguish between the companies that simply say it, versus the companies that actually live it.
