Negotiate and contract land purchases to support the vertical construction division of the company; Contract, supervise and direct the land use entitlement, final consultant designs (civil, landscape, survey, traffic, environmental, geo, etc), construction and platting for new development projects. Responsible for preparing and updating Land Development budgets/proformas. Coordinate designs with in-house vertical forward planning team. Represent our position and provide project updates to equity partners. From a standard subdivision to a single home with complicated land use overlays, to multi-family apartment complexes, to the 2015 Street of Dreams.
