I\'m a Senior Mechanical Engineer (P.Eng BC/AB) with WSP Canada with over 20 years of experience in water infrastructure and water treatment design for a variety of industrial, mining, and municipal clients. I\'m also the Team Lead for WSP\'s Mine Water Treatment Group in western Canada and have acted as Victoria Office Lead for WSP predecessor companies in the past. I am involved with WSP\'s Global Mining Client Program and have a focus on team building to support various water project needs for our clients. Over my career, I have acted as Mechanical Lead, Process Lead, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Project Director in all project phases from concept, PFS, FS, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational support. As a Project Director or Engineering Manager, I am often in the role of discipline integrator, especially for detailed engineering and construction phase projects.
